Dedicated Wellness blends yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and light sound healing into a single, flowing session built around your current wellness needs. It's more than exercise — it's a reset.
Each appointment begins with a brief check-in so Deeksha can understand what your mind and body need most that day: stress relief, energy, grounding, flexibility, or simply stillness. The session adapts accordingly.

What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing. You'll be moving, resting, and seated during different parts of the session.
Where do sessions take place?
Monroe NJ studio (primary) or Robbinsville NJ studio. Virtual sessions available for the yoga and meditation components.
What is the cancellation policy?
24-hour advance notice is requested. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session credit except in genuine emergencies.
How often should I book?
Most clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions, especially during high-stress periods. Deeksha will make a personalised recommendation after your first appointment.
What should I expect in my first session?
A warm, unhurried intake conversation followed by a session that flows between movement, breath, and stillness. You'll leave feeling noticeably lighter.
