Terms of Service

1. Account Terms
To access booking and membership features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at deeksha@justserenity.net
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other students or staff.
2. Membership & Subscription Terms
Memberships and class packages are offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. By purchasing a membership you agree to:
- Automatic renewal at the stated billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Our cancellation and refund policy (summarised in Section 3)
- Not sharing membership access with others — memberships are non-transferable
Pricing is subject to change with at least 14 days notice to active members via email.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Class bookings and memberships are subject to our full Cancellation Policy. Key points:
- Individual class bookings may be cancelled up to the posted deadline for a credit
- No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the class credit
- Unused class credits are non-refundable unless a medical exception is approved
- Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
To request a refund or exception, email deeksha@justserenity.net with your reason and order details.
4. Limitation of Liability
Yoga and wellness activities involve physical movement and carry inherent risks. By attending classes, you acknowledge that you are physically able to participate and agree to assume responsibility for your own health and safety.
JustSerenity — Yog With Deeksha, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or use of studio facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
