24+ hours before class
100% refund
Cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled class and receive a full refund.
6–24 hours before class
50% refund
Cancellations within 24 hours (but more than 6 hours before class) are refunded at 50%.
Less than 6 hours before class
No refund
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class are not eligible for a refund.
How to cancel
Sign in to your account and cancel from your dashboard. Your refund is calculated automatically based on when you cancel, and an email confirmation is sent.

- If JustSerenity cancels or reschedules a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
- Multi-class packages and subscriptions follow the terms presented at purchase. Contact us for package-specific questions.
- Gift cards are non-refundable but do not expire.
