About this service
The Inner Circle is Deeksha's signature one-on-one format — a deeply personalised yoga practice designed around your body, your goals, and your life. No generic sequences, no divided attention.
Whether you're returning to the mat after years away, working through an injury, or ready to deepen an established practice, Deeksha meets you exactly where you are. Each session is built fresh, integrating posture, breath, and mindfulness in proportions that shift as you grow.
Sessions take place at our Monroe or Robbinsville studio, or virtually upon request. Most clients schedule weekly or bi-weekly; flexible packages are available to fit your rhythm.

Frequently asked questions
What should I wear?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. Yoga pants or leggings work well. No special footwear needed — sessions are barefoot.
Where do sessions take place?
Our Monroe NJ studio (primary), Robbinsville NJ studio, or virtually via Zoom. Location preference can be noted when you book.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. The Inner Circle is suitable for complete beginners through advanced practitioners. Deeksha tailors every session to your current level.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without forfeiting the session credit. Emergencies are always considered — please reach out.
What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session starts with a 10–15 minute intake conversation covering your goals, any injuries, and your yoga history. The practice that follows is gentle and exploratory — there's nothing to perform or get 'right'.
How do I prepare?
Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before the session. Bring water and arrive 5 minutes early. If you have a mat you love, bring it — studio mats are always available.
