Pricing Questions
Do credits expire?
Class pack credits are valid for 365 days from the purchase date. Unlimited subscriptions renew monthly with no expiration.
Can I share my pack?
Class packs are personal to the account holder. If you'd like to gift classes, contact us about gift cards or group packages.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any classes. After that, credits are non-refundable but can be transferred or extended.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets through our Stripe payment processor.
